The Silver Goat is with us. What is it? It purports to be the first film made for the iPad and it’s a psychological romance telling the story of an actress caught between her controlling father and ambitious husband.
The movie was shot by filmmaker Aaron Brookner in London, with locations including Notting Hill, Chelsea, Southbank, the Royal Opera House, Kings Cross, Islington and The Almeida Theatre.

Bombay Sapphire deployed an interactive map at the Tribeca Film Festival using Google Maps to help consumers navigate the festival by providing venue information, show times, plus select restaurant and bar locations. Using a new Foursquare application for the first time during the Festival, consumers were also able to check in to specific events, letting their friends know exactly which films they were attending.

Grolsch Film Works and Vice will premiere of experimental feature film, The Fourth Dimension, at the San Francisco International Film Festival this weekend, writes Steve Mullins. The movie, starring Val Kilmer, is the first production from the Film Works – which launched in April 2011 to champion global film talent – and is the result of a collaborative effort for three directors: Harmony Korine from the US, Russia’s Alexsei Fedorchenko and Polish-born Jan Kwiecinski.
