Diesel has left its Island and turned all nerdy. The fashion brand ain’t stupid either. For it’s Our Glory jeans collection is ‘master-crafted by an elite team with a perverse passion and clinically insane inclination for denim’, don’t you know. And the Diesel Our Glory microsite features a digital recreation of a good old-fashioned laboratory featuring Robinson Hork, workwear examiner. Clean hemming, triple stitching, side hammer pocket. It’s there in all its Our Glory.

By Mark Terry. Diesel has rolled out its I Like Diesel campaign in Madrid. What is it? Well, the clue is the ‘like’ bit. Yes, you’ve got it – Facebook. The idea is that consumers enter the brand’s store, get it together with an item of clothing, scan a mobile tag, then share it on their Facebook wall by clicking on ‘like’ via their phones.

By Mark Terry. Fashion brand Diesel has tasked interactive music outfit MXP4 with providing the tech for the final challenge in Diesel:U:Music’s online battle of the bands Stupid For Music World Cup competition.
To celebrate D:U:M’s tenth anniversary, music fans have been ‘getting stupid for music’ in a series of knockout rounds to demonstrate support for their favorite bands. In a final session, MXP4’s Karaoke Battle will challenge fans of the last two competing bands to record their own vocals for each artist’s track.
