BMW visits The New City

It features astronaut Buzz Aldrin, Syd Mead, the conceptual designer for Blade Runner, Aliens and Tron, Treehugger.com founder Graham Hill, and Reinventing the Automobile co-author Lawrence Burns, among others.

Mini gets Kiwi pop-up garage

New deal. BMW is taking the pop-up garage route for the Mini in New Zealand. The carmaker has opened a two-storey set-up featuring an events area, a cafe, and interactive kiosks where customers are encouraged to personalize their Minis online.
