The Audi Magazine app Winter 2011 issue is out in the UK on the iPad. That means features on megacities, a trip through Tokyo, getting connected with the Internet Of Things, the city car from the future, the Audi urban concept, Europe’s highest road, and more.


Luxury cars go social

Eighty five percent of all opinions on social media about Audi were positive over the last 12 months, while 77% of all opinions on luxury car brands were positive, according to Amplicate. Ferrari was the least loved luxury car brand, with only 54% of opinions showing affection for the Italian icon, although that had more to do with dissatisfaction with the Ferrari Formula One team and its drivers than unhappiness with the cars.


Car brands rev up iPad mags

The new mag will combine the editorial, photography and design elements of the print publication with streaming video, live links and interactive features.

Audi UK and mobile marketer Somo have rolled out the Audi Goodwood app for iPhone and Android for the upcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed car racing event.


Non-stop branded car app

Audi sports up a pair of apps

The Audi Sport App for the iPhone boasts a ‘Live Ticker’ showing which driver is at the wheel during endurance races, 360 degree images of race cars, plus interactive introductions to the tracks.
