Specialising for public sector comms

Going public. TNS-BMRB is launching a UK-based Communications Research Centre staffed by a team offering thought leadership for public sector comms. The unit will draw upon qualitative and quantitative research methods, behaviour change frameworks and other tools to create solutions for the social marketing arena, evaluating digital campaigns, partnership marketing and the role of emotion in public sector advertising.
“The aim of the [centre] is to offer specialist boutique style research services, with all the additional advantages of being supported by a global agency network,” said Michelle Harrison, CEO of TNS-BMRB. “This dedicated senior team will be focusing exclusively on the public sector, so we can offer added value alongside thought leadership and actionable recommendations to strengthen campaign planning.”
