Sony Ericsson’s bouncy mayhem plan
Hop on. Sony Ericsson wants to create what it claims is the world’s first ever online flashmob. Users have to go the Spark Something microsite, create their very own Net-based space hopper from a collection of mouths, eyes and tattoos. Then they have to select the bounce level of their custom creature and set it loose.
And that deed releases a message from SE:
‘Your hopper has joined the invasion. All done. Don’t forget, we’ll e-mail you with the details. You don’t need to do anything. Just go to where we say, when we say, and watch the mayhem unfold. It’s a world first, so don’t miss it.’
Just to warn you – there’s a pretty mean-looking hopper by the name of brandebiz out there somewhere…
