Slotting the video into the HD poster
It’s time to take a look – and listen – at what CBS Outdoor is claiming as first-ever, high-def video transit platform posters. They’re in Times Square subway station and they’re there to promo HBO’s new season of the vampire series True Blood. What they offer is a show preview using an ultra-thin 10-inch LCD screen, with audio, embedded into traditional two-sheet posters.
“The combination of digital media and print gives us the opportunity to create unique, personal and engaging experiences for the consumer on behalf of our clients,” says David Lane, vp, digital media, CBS Outdoor.
