Sentiment aims to engage

Talk time. Sentiment Metrics has lit its social media engagement module for integration in its existing social media monitoring and measurement platform. The add-on integrates with Twitter and Facebook, and users can directly engage with individuals and enter online conversations without leaving the app.
Sentiment has been helping brands and agencies monitor and measure social media for a number of years and the module is a response for requests from clients to offer direct engagement, says Leon Chaddock, the company’s md.
