Home Depot takes second spot thanks to strong social engagement via Pinterest and YouTube, though an underwhelming mobile site has held in back. RadioShack’s strong social media presence, especially via YouTube and Instagram, pushes the brand into third place and helps compensate for a lacklustre mobile channel and lack of a tablet app.
