Nike times six artists
Kool kit. Graphic artist James Jarvis is doing it for Nike and for England’s football kit. That means the proud lion crest has gone all goofy, while the font is, well, ‘modern heraldic’. This is part of the brand’s Six Collaborations project tasking artists from half-a-dozen countries to come up alternative national team kits.
In addition to Jarvis, the Six Collaborations artists comprise Nunca from Brazil, Delta from the Netherlands, So Me from France, Mister Cartoon from the US, and Kronk from South Africa.
For those of you who need to know these things, the creative is available on the N98 track jacket, AW 77 hoodie, tee and polo shirt and tank for women.
