Good Girls go… co-creative
By Maria Stadtmueller. The Good Girls, a new brand-development outfit focusing on women-led companies, is aiming to deploy ‘user experience design’ for socially responsible businesses.
And this kind of co-creation activity means putting consumers and other members of the brand community at the centre of brand design, through the use of social-media tools and technologies, including mobile, tablets, websites, widgets and dashboards.
Participating brands will also use social-impact-measurement and brand-building tools so they can identify, reach out, and collaborate with their customers going forward.
“We believe in a new model of brand creation and development – one based on brands as passion-driven, participatory and socially progressive communities where consumers and stakeholders each play a role in the actual design, implementation and success of the brand in market,” said Holly Lynch, CEO and founder of The Good Girls.
