Fortune favours the social media Big Four
Close of 80% of Fortune 100 companies are using at least one of the four main social platforms – Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and blogs – to communicate with their customers, according to iStrategy.
One-fifth of these brands are using all four of these platforms, while more than 80% of the Fortune 100 update and engage with customers on their Twitter account every week. This group also makea an average of 3.6 wall posts to their Facebook pages on a weekly basis. Half of the Fortune 100 have a YouTube account and upload an average of 10 videos a month.
