Do you need to look cool to make cool-looking chocolate? The Mast Bros – Rick and Michael – could be straight out of a rock band, but instead they busy themselves with the sweet stuff emanating from the old cocoa bean. They source their raw materials from family farms in places like Madagascar, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic, and then they turn it into chocolates bars – exquisitely wrapped – in their factory in cool Williamsburg.
