Brazil to get mutiplatform series, ARG
Serial imprisonment. Brazilian telco OI Telecom and Portuguese production company beActive have teamed up to produce a multiplatform drama slated to launch 1 October. Final Punishment follows the fortunes of eight women incarcerated in a high-security experimental Brazilian prison controlled by a computer.
The series will be broadcast online, with additional content available on mobile. There will also be an alternate reality game comprising blogs and character profiles on Facebook. In addition, OI will broadcast a four-part mockumentary based on the show on its OITV channel.
