Brands peel away from Apple iAd
Chanel, one of Apple’s 17 launch partners on the iAd mobile advertising platform has dropped out of the programme and no longer has plans to launch a campaign on the platform. According to the Wall Street Journal, ad execs are having problems coming to terms with Apple’s need for tight control over the process.
Just two of those brands onboard iAd began campaigns in the launch month of July, with another three using it in August.
